No more access to Spotify Premium or any personal playlists on my Android phone

Hi,

I am using Spotify for several years. It worked very well so far. But for few months now, I cannot find any of my playlists on my Android phone. I am a Spotify premium user but my phone seems not to connect to Spotify Premium. It always asks me if I want to subscribe whereas I already pay each month! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times.

I have double check on Spofity web app and my account is ok (I can listen to my playlist and I am a premium member).

Can anyone help please?

I admire your patience waiting a few months. It seems likely that you used the wrong log in credentials and created a new empty account. Check out the steps in 

Do I have another account? to fix this.
