No sound after changing song

My Question or Issue

When i choose to skip to next song timer is counting but sound is not playing. When i pause song and then unpause it the sound returns as nothing have happend. I tryed to reinstall app but problem is still there. I allso checked if it happens only with downloaded songs but problem occurs even when i play them using my internet connection. Problem does not occur on my PC and smartphone.

Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?
 

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in?

Could you also confirm for us that you've tried a clean reinstall (instead of a regular one) to clear any old files that might be causing issues.
