Hi, i have a samsung galaxy s4 and spotify premium. When i listen to the album series "Great Composers" (purple albums with a number on them for a classical musician), i get no sound. When i go to listen to my offline tracks, i get no sound, everything is silent!! The only way to solve this is to close down the app and re open. If i download a track from a "Great composers" album, i still get the same problem - even if i didnt play it before. I got great wifi, and it dosent happen on my computer. Here is an example of a track: Johann Sebastian Bach – Toccata In D Minor
Hi. I just got the same but they all seem to be playing now so I'm wondering if there was just a temporary problem. Are you still having the issue?
Could you try adjusting the playback/sync qualities in the settings menu just to see if that makes any difference?
