Non premium, HTC one user stuck on Harry's add.

Hello, I am stuck on this add, and it will not move to the next song. I have listened to it multiple times, shut off my phone, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still keeps getting stuck. Any ideas how to fix this?

Best way to stop that add is to get a premium subscription 😉

But genuinely, it sounds like a server side issue. is it still happening? If it is, I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
