Not Downloading over cellular but option set to yes

Hi

I have a OnePlus 3 but it will not let me download songs over celular network dispite the fact i have set the option to allow this already.

I have restarted and tried again but no change. It keeps telling me i need to go to settings to download using cellular.

Seems to be a bug?

I'm here for the same issue 😕 the permission is granted both on spotify & my phone it self but it keeps telling me to go to settings to change it

**bleep** spotify same here on a new pixel only got data no wifi even with setting toggled it says to do it.
