Not able to sync local files that are "white"

Hello everybody, here is my problem.

I have a playlist with local files on my computer. Some of the songs are grey and some are white. To be exact, the name of the artist is white. On my computer i can play all songs. No matter if they are grey or white. But when I am trying to sync this playlist on my android device, only the grey songs out of the playlist can be downloaded. The strange thing about this is that i can play all songs on my android phone when it is connected to wifi. But i want to download the playlist but it will only download the grey songs. So if the phone is in the offline mode, i won`t be able to listen to all of the songs.

Do you guys have any idea how i can solve this problem.

I am pretty sure that the solution delas with the "white and grey" songs.

i have a similar problem where my device won't "download" local files I have on my desktop client. It seems to be totally random and for the life of me I can't figure out why?
