Not worth my money!

I'm about to cancel my premium subscription for my spotify since everytime I go back to my 'downloaded' playlists on my phone, they're not downloaded. I basically get no offline mode, which is the main reason I pay for Spotify. 

Not to mention the fact that half the time my phone DOES have internet access and my spotify won't play radio or my downloaded playlists because it is stuck in 'offline' mode. 

Unless someone can fix this for me ASAP I refuse to throw away another $9.99 a month.
