Hello,
I downloaded some playlists and then reinstalled Spotify. Now the data is still on the SD card and I can't delete them. The folder is read-only so can't delete it manually.
Twice now in the past six months Spotify has corrupted my SD card. It stops saving offline downloads to it and I can't delete the data. I cannot reformat the SD card either on my phone or laptop. Once I'm prepared to blame the SD card but not twice. Any suggestions?
I should add that the Spotify SD card storage folder is enormous, 7.3 GB. The card is 16 GB. I only have a few playlists downloaded at any one time so how come it got so big?
Was the SD card formatted as internal or portable storage?
How do I check that?
I've no idea. Just put it in the phone and it formatted itself.
