Offline synching has stopped as there is no room left on this device

Hi team,
The app is unable to synch, complains of no space although there is 28GB free on the SD card

I have cleared cache, uninstalled, reboot, removed remaining Spotify directories... And upon reinstall from the Play store the problem reoccurs.

How can this be fixed please?

Why is storage with Spotify such a muddle? I would expect the app to give options for offline storage location, and to report on space used.

Hello!

Did you follow all of the steps in this post? Also, you should have a significant amount of more storage on the SD card for it to choose that as the location of the offline playlists.
