On my Spotify app and browser, I can't view any pages other than the search

I am trying to play Spotify on a Chromebook. I can play from the 'My Library' navbar, and from the small icon when I search a playlist or album, but whenever I click on an artist, playlist, album, podcast, my profile, or any other page, the page says 'Couldn't find that album- search for something else?' or something similar.

Hey there,

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

Would you mind giving another internet connection a go to se if the same happens? If you've been using Wi-Fi, you could create a hotspot on your phone and using that.

If the issue persists, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your device to see if they can replicate this with their account?

Lastly, sending us a screenshot of the error message you're seeing would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Let us know how it goes.

I have the same problem! it happens on my school Chromebook and I tried it on my friend's school Chromebook and it worked. I'm guessing that it's the device that's a problem if you're able to, you can switch out your Chromebook but if it's not a school Chromebook then you can try updating it (?) that didn't work for me but maybe your device is outdated. I'm not sure if this helped or not!
