Do you mind giving us more info on which playlists exactly you do mean? This way we can take a closer look at the issue.  

Also, send us a screenshot showing the page with the missing playlists, if possible. Just attach the image to your next response to us.

I am also missing this feature. I actually had it for a couple weeks before the new home screen announcement but since then it has been missing.
