One album is unplayable from only my account

My Question or Issue

Starting today, one album, Tighten the Reins by Puzzle, is unplayable on my phone, my laptop and the web player. One song, All the Best, was downloaded and plays fine, but the rest are all gone. I tried to play the album on my brother's phone and account and there weren't any problems. It only started when I connected my phone to my laptop. Spotify also started skipping songs randomly. I tried uninstalling and logging out and nothing worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have trouble playing the album on 3/4G, Wi-Fi, or both?

 

It might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

Cold you try downloading the album to see if you're given the option and if it makes a difference for you?
