Only let me listen to audiobook one device

I have a premium account, audiobook only let me listen to it one device and my other device told me I need to pay and I have tracked how much time I got left I still got loads of hours left

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

If you've already purchased the book then you should be able to listen to it on another device and that's why we recommend logging out > logging back in and make sure you're using the correct account. 

 

If you're still experiencing this issue, then it'd be great if you could send us some more info such as if you've purchased the book or not and if this happens with other books as well.

 

We'll be on the lookout 🙂
