Other People connect their account to my TV

Hello,

I have a problem with my (Android) SmartTV.

I'm living in a dormitory, so basically we are all using the same Wlan. So recently it happened a few times, that someone connected his Spotify Account to my TV. I dont want this to happen, esp. because i wasnt using my TV at the time and got scared because my TV turned on playing a Song very loud. 

So basically my question is: Is it possible to turn off the possibility that someone can connect his account to my TV? I see no other way than deinstall the App or to delimit my TV everytime I have to leave my room.
