Out of offline devices

I only have 2 phones and a watch for my Spotify but can only download my playlists on one device . I've never had any problems until recently

When you try to download are you getting any error or any other notification telling you the reason? If so please share a screen recording or screenshot of the same so I can take a closer look.

Alternatively, you can clear all your downloaded devices so that the limit will reset and let you use offline mode again. If this is the cause of the problem, removing offline devices should resolve the issue.
