Phone can't download local files/Won't show on Connect

My Motorola Ultra and Spotify have worked together ever since I got the phone almost a year ago. However, now it won't show up under connect, and the local files on my PC won't download to my phone. I've scoured the forums for awhile now and still haven't been able to find anything to ultimately solve this problem. I've restarted my router, logged out and then back in on both devices, I also tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. Thank you in advance!
