Playback stops on PC when phone connects to Internet

My Question or Issue

I don't keep the wifi / lte on, I activate it when I need it. I play music on my PC at home. Whenever I connect to the internet on my phone, the playback stops on my PC and it is driving me absolutely insane. Is there a way to tell that **bleep**ed app that when PC is connected, it keeps on playing on PC by default ? Thanks.

At least for me, that pop up shows up and asks me if I wanna keep the music playing on PC. But try to reinstall and check for settings.
