Playlist cover

hello.
lately i've been able to change the cover on two of my playlists. now ive made a new one, but i dont remember how i changed the cover. anybody know how to do it??

I think you just have to open your playlist on your desktop, then hover your mouse to the playlist cover image, then you will see an image that looks like a pencil, just click on it, so you will have an option to change the picture.

i don't have the pencil option on my playlists... i don't understand, everyone else has it..

PS: i have an hp laptop
