Playlist keeps "forgetting" songs but not really.

My app keeps "forgetting" that i already have songs. I use offline mode alot so sometimes i go searching for a song for instance "Five hours". And spotify doesnt have any results.

Then i turn online mode back on and search again and sure enough, there it is... so it is NOT a pulled/greyed track. So i re-add it to the playlist and sure enough it says "song saved to playlist" as if i never had it before... THEN eventually i find that i now have 2 copies of the song. Word for word.

Why is it doing this? When i search for a song it should not forget that i have it. I never type the names incorrectly, the songs are exactly how i typed them when they do show up.

This makes it very frustrating/hard to trust spotify and it's "memory". It's very buggy like it has Alzheimer's. And i have to screenshot the song count to track if it forgot a song... but the kicker... when it does forget, how will i know WHICH ONE??(or more???).

Its nerve wracking thinking to myself "gee i haven't heard this song come on in awhile... lets filter for it and play it". And it just isnt there... explaining why i havent heard it. I dont want to rely on "happening to think about a certain song" to find out its missing (but not taken off spotify). Very very frustrating.
