Playlists and saved music gone from android

Hello, I'm having a problem I can't find a single fix for. I had roommate who thought they could decide what I had on my phone and kept deleting my spotify. Now that's all over with but I can't retrieve my saved music or playlists, I've tried resetting my phone factory style, I've deleted and reinstalled spotify, I've done both at the same time, I have no playlists to recover on the spotify website, and on my other devices (ps3/ps4) I still have all my stuff so what gives? I cleared caches, everything.
