Playlists on my Android phone can only be shuffled even though i am paying for premium. It works fine on my computer and i am logged in with the same user.

My wife is having the same problem on her Iphone.

We are on a family subscription

This is getting annoying 😞

Hi. Do you get an error message if you touch a track in a playlist or album? If so, try reinstalling spotify following all the steps here. It should fix this.
