Playstation Premium not working on mobile

So i brought the 1.99 spotify premium deal on playstation which enables you to get premium on your phone and ps4 however it works perfectly fine on my ps4 console however i cant get premium on my phone it says im the free user , is the license not transferable or something because on the websidte it said it was but i not sure how on one device its premium (ps4) and on the other its not (phone)

I have this problem too, just signed up for playstation premium but my Android app refuses to upgrade.

Same with me man I'm pissed just bought it on my PlayStation so that I could have it on my phone it won't work

Same here! Just bought premium access from PS4, but when open it on mobile it still shows free,.. Anyone have the solution? 😞
