Podcast - the app doesn't refresh a new episode

I using the Spotify in the Android and the app doesn't refresh a new episode of podcast that I'm signing. I would like to know what is happening, because I know that the podcast has new episode but it doesn't appear on the my Spotify.

As this help article explains, availability of music and podcasts can vary over time and between countries for many types of reasons depending on the permissions from rights holders. This also applies for individual podcasts within the same series. 

The good news is: We add new music and podcasts to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may appear (or reappear) soon!

I don't think that answers the question, @jemi. Sounds like a podcast he has access to in his country for previous episodes.

I am a new podcast producer, and while it only took 15 minutes for Apple Podcasts to pick up my new 2nd episode this morning that posted at 9am, Spotify has yet to find it 5 hours later.
