When I scroll down my New Episodes feed to check what I've missed, at a certain point the entire feed disappears (it looks like everything gets pulled up to the top) and I'm left with a black screen. It will reset after several minutes, but every time I try to scroll down at a certain point the same issue will recur. Sometimes also happens when I press the download option or add it to My Episodes.
This has been a recurring issue for more than a month now, I keep hoping Spotify will fix it but it still hasn't happened. Photos posted below are from June 19 and July 14.

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the reports! We've gone ahead and forwarded the details to our tech folks who'll investigate further. In the meantime, make sure you're always running the latest version of Spotify so that you don't miss out on any updates.
Cheers 🤘
I have the same issue, and the clean reinstall did not fix it. It has also happened with the my episodes playlist.
Apologies, I was a bit premature witharling the solution.
A clean reinstall worked for the first time I opened New Episodes and the issue now seems to be intermittent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
Hi there folks,
Thank you for the replies.
So that we can narrow down the possible root causes of this issue, could you please test the following:
@jen-w since you mentioned that the issue is intermittent now, consider testing this for an extended period of time in order to get conclusive info on the above questions.
With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
Keep us posted.
I also have this happen to me on Android. I've tried clean installs, cache clears, etc. Additionally I'm using an Samsung Flip too. Are we all using Flips? That could be part of it.
I'm having this same problem. Samsung Galaxy, Android 14. Cleared cache, fresh install, tweaked battery settings-- nothing seems to help. Appears to be a bug with the app.
Hey @Samanthadad, @Tsully193,
Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.
Could you send us the info @Joan asked for previously? We'll take a closer look.
Also, letting us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices would come in handy.
We'll be on the lookout for your replies.
Thanks for the response. I am using Spotify v 9.0.2.459 and Samsung Galaxy A14 5G (model SM-S146VL) with Android 14 and One UI v6.1.
I don't have a different Spotify account I can try on this phone, but I have tried my same Spotify account on another phone (iPhone 13) and I do not experience this problem on the iPhone.
Thanks again for looking into this.
I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G model SM-F711U, Android version 14 and OneUI version 6.1.1. Spotify version is 9.0.2.459. This doesn't happen when I use my account on another device. I don't have another account I can log into on my Samsung.
This also happens to me. It only happens the first time I load it each day, then after that it's fine.
I've had the same issue for the past couple of months. I've tried the clean reinstall but still have the issue daily. I'm using a Google Pixel 6 running Android 14 with Spotify v9.0.2.459
Same on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
This didn't fix my problem, and now I have to redownload everything 😞
