Premium Package

Premium Package

I pay for the premium Package but it won't let me use any of its features skip songs etc. I've uninsalled and re installed the app several times with no joy. Gonna cancel if it's not sorted within a few days

Have you tried checking on other devices if your Premium is working?

If you have, and still get nothing working, I'd reccomend you to enter here and confirm you have Premium on the Account Overview.

Depending on what you see, follow these:


  • If you don't have Premium, then confirm your credit card is processing the payment.
  • If you indeed have Premium and can't access the features then I'd recommend you to contact Spotify and explain your issue. You will receive an email to the address linked to your account. If the email redirects you to the Community or to the General Questions area, reply back to that email (even if it's from a no-reply address). That way staff will get in touch with you.
