Premium not working

Premium not working

Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

My spotify premium is not working. It will not even acknowledge that there is a receipt

 

I completely re-downloaded the app on my kindle and it fixed the problem! 

Hey, ive had premium for a couple months now. It keeps telling me i still need to upgrade on my android and/ or white screening. Ive tried reinstalling and logging in and out and gotten it to work a handful of times but it keeps reverting back to saying I dont have premium. How can i fix this?

That is very strange, are you sure you are logging in using the correct premium details?

Yeah i log in using my spotify login and it shows my playlists and says im logged in, just without premium if i try to play anything

Does your subscription status on your online overview say you have Premium?

Yup it says i have an active premium account and it will automatically renew on the 26th of may

Hey CodyAkerson - Sounds quite strange. Are you always signing in with the same email and password as your Facebook?

Hello no, i have been using the device code for my phone. Whenever i try to play a song in my playlists it tells me i need to upgrade to spotify premium. When it white screens i can't get it to display anything, but restarting my phone usually fixes that.

bought 3month premium couple of weeks ago, but still can't stream from my iphone.

 

Have tryed:

Reinstall app

Relogg x times

 

 

What to do?

I'm guessing you mean that you can't  stream music from Spotify to your mobile.

 

Does your subscription status page show that you have a premium account? What model phone is it?

Iv upgraded to premium but I can't access any of my music. iPhone app says I need to upgrade Iv paid have the receipt to prove it . Help?!

I just renewed my subscription for premium and I'm still getting Ad's and I can't access direct streaming with my phone?


Lost my card, got a new one, changed subscription to current card. Wtf.

I upgraded to premium today andit still wont let me stream on my phone. I have logged out several times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to be working, when I try to play music it just tells me that I have to upgade to permium.

Same problem, working on computer, but not on mobile.  HELP???

Yupp same problem here, maybe it takes 8 hours to kick in.

My pc and mobile versions of spotify was not upgreded to premium. How long should I wait for it?

I've been using premium for years now, had some bank trouble cleared that up renewed my account logged in an out about 8 times still telling me I need to upgrade what a load of crap! 

I've just re-upgraded my account to premium and my Android app's telling me I'm still on free. Is the server-side problem still affecting issues? Will I be getting a day's refund if this goes on?
