Premium works on PC and Ipad, but not on Android

My Question or Issue

Just subscribed to Spotify Premium from GPM to move away from the Huawei/Google mess.

I'm getting premium features on my PC and Ipad, but not my two Huawei phones.

I'm guessing it is a region issue.  I live in both US and Portugal.  Right now, I am in Portugal with a Portuguese Spotify account (I have verified to country in the the web account page).  Does Spotify use sources other than GPS to verify location? 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
