Previous listened to song still displaying

My Question or Issue

When I'm playing songs. The music will randomly stop. When I go to the app, it is showing a song that I wasn't listening to from another playlist. When I go back to the playlist I was in, I can play the song but the song displayed at bottom will stay stuck.

If I'm listening to a podcast and it breaks, I can't seek in the actual song because the app things I'm listening to a podcast and I can only go back and forth 10 sec . 

Phone was factory rest because this happened when I was in android 11 beta. 

When it crashes, it always seems to go back to one specific playlist.
