Problem with songs / artists

Hi, i write from chile to ask a question, why there are songs / artists that are available on computer and on my phone are not available ? . An example of this is what happens with the band Tiro de Gracia , which is available on the computer but not in cell . My cell phone has no problems with spotify , I have spotify premium and this not only happens with the previous band that if not also with other disks and also .
