No Push Notifications (Samsung Galaxy S5)

Hey there. Since the last few Spotify updates I don't seem to recieve push notifications from playlist follows, new releases, etc anymore. And yes, I checked the settings and they were all set as they _should_. Any ideas?

Is there a problem when using offline with the App not remembering where I had listened up to in either a playlist or an album? It is as though the app is unable to cache what it was doing.
