My Question or Issue

I have been a subscripted listener for about 5 years and never really had any huge problems with spotify's app. But recently its been bugging a little too often.

A song starts, plays for 5-10 seconds and then stops. I look at the screen and it shows it still is playing. I try to shut down the app but it won't allow me to click on anything. Like it's freezing up. Eventually I can shut the app down. And restart and have no problems after but this happens very often.. Like everytime i start the app for the first time of the day. 

Anyone have a clue what's wrong?
