Why cant you fix your darn program. 

I see a lot of people complain about program stops playing on android systems.

Mine too, and now i cant even uninstall it. Reboot the device dosent work at all.

I go to Playstore and try to uninstall from there but nothing works.

Can you follow the uninstall steps detailed in the guide below... The most common issues are actually down to the device/Android... I suspect it could be the cache or your SD card causing the isue.
