Thanks for reaching out! 

If you're having issues with your aux cord, we'd first suggest making sure the plug is fully inserted. If you've already checked this, you could also try a different aux input if possible to rule out any issues with the input you're currently using.

In case none of the above works, you can give it a try with another aux cord to see if that makes any difference. In case it does, the issue could be related to a damaged cord.
