Received second "Free trial" of premium?

A while back I was downloading misc apps just trying stuff out. i redeemed my free trial of spotify and didnt use it. at all. So I decided i was going to finally pay for premium, but to do so, you have to get "another" free trial then pay for it.. Well, I did that. Except on mobile, it's acting as if I didnt have premium. Anybody else having thse problems? Sorry for any typos, running on fumes the past few days. So tired. Thanks for any help!
