Recently begun shuffling the same songs over and over again

My Question or Issue

Recently whenever listening on shuffle the same songs just play over and over again.. its quite odd.. More so as there is over 200 songs in some playlists, yet it seems to wanna play the same 10 songs over and over and over again..
I know shuffle is not really shuffle... but this is ridicilous.. 

Ever since the app updated and changed in look.. everything has got worse each day.  Albums rarely load (on apps, desktop app, website, all versions), same with like songs, same with any list other than playlists oddly..

Now this too!

Been a premium user for 10 years or so.. so please fix this.. as this app is the best and yet its becoming a pain to use.
