Release notes or update change log, whatever you want to call them

I see these have been off/on again, can we get them back on again? I understand most large Developers can't seems to be bothered to put them in the Play Store listing, I'm not sure how hard that is, but I really like to see that information somewhere! Helps to promote a healthy communicative community!

The current status is "not right now" but hopefully with enough votes we can convince Spotify to give us better release notes.
