Reorganizing songs in a playlist

Hello everyone. I have a Galaxy S5, and I've been trying to reorganize my songs in my playlists, but there does not seem to be a way to do that, like in ITunes. Am I missing something? Can I do it through my desktop at least? It seems that this should be an option for Spotify, a no brainer, the ability to just drag songs in a playlist up and down to organize the playlist the way you want it. What do ya think?

I don't think this is a feature for android yet although I believe it is for apple users (I know someone with an apple phone that can do this). It's something I keep wishing was a feature on android.
