My Question or Issue

Hola, cuando conecto Spotify mediante bluetooth a un dispositivo (altavoz, coche, intercomunicador moto) hay veces que sale como que se está reproduciendo pero no sé escucha nada. Sólo me pasa con Spotify dado que con otras aplicaciones va perfectamente. Ruego me den solución porque así no se puede disfrutar de Spotify, gracias.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

In the Bluetooth settings of your device with the Spotify app, delete the information of your Bluetooth device. This setting is often called Forget.

 

If that doesn't do the trick - can you try the following:

  • On both devices, switch Bluetooth off/back on.
  • Re-establish the connection. Check your device's user guide for specific steps.
