Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge not playing

My wife and I both have S6 Edges - I've got Soptify Premium and it works just fine on my phone.  Hers, not so much.  She does not have Premium.  She just downloaded the app and songs will not play.  We searched for Robert Palmer tune she wanted to listen to, found it and when we pushed it, nothing happened.  Doesn't start paying or anything.  Suggestions?

Free users can't play specific songs. They can only listen to playlists, artists and albums in shuffle mode. Further details here. Why not take out a family subscription and make your wife a happy wife?
