Samsung s7 not allowing to upgrade

Hi there i am getting really frustrated i have had spotify for ages and i tried to update my credit card details and it kept giving me a error message saying unable to connect retry i did that numerous times uninstalled reinstalled, restarted phone set up new account same issue did all the above things and nothing is working i have read a million ways to fix it and tried them all including going into my data settings and the apn name and nothing works please help 😞
