Saved songs un-download everytime I open the app

My Question or Issue

 Just what the **bleep** is this exclamation mark? Why can't Spotify just keep the songs? I need to click them to play them online everytime so maybe the app automatically download them again, and good luck trying to play them offline without keeping the app open beforehand. My SD card' storage is only half full by the way

Would you mind letting us know if you already performed a clean reinstall of the app? This is often an overlooked step, but it can be very helpful for clearing any cache that might be causing issues and it's different than simply reinstalling. 

We'd also recommend removing your SD card to see if the issue persists. If it does, send us the Spotify version you're currently running and we'll take a deeper look.
