Saving Albums and Download Not Working Anymore

All of a sudden, after the 2 recent updates, I've had to save albums over and over again. It's like it keeps erasing it. Then I tried just downloading to make available offline and it Erased it from my storage.
What the heck is going on?
I'm paying for this service, because I thought it was more than worth the price. Now my feelings have changed.
This worked great until the last 2 updates.

This says that it was resolved but does not tell what the resolution was.  I am having this same issue...please help.

For what I remember, I had too many songs on there. I exceeded the limit
