Saving offline play lists to ad card

So I've been trying multiple times to move my offline olaylists to my 32gb so card but every time it saves to my phones local storage which only has about a gig left on it. My ad card is completely empty yet Spotify won't move the playlists. I've tried setting the download quality to extreme but it doesn't work.

Hey what device and android version are you using. If you're running android 4.4.3 or 4.4.2, spotify can't store the cache on an external SD card at the moment.

Can you try uninstalling the app, removing your SD card and reboot the phone.

Now put the SD card back in and re-install Spotify & login. I also recommend changing the dowload settings to DL in 'Extreme' quality as well.
