Scratching sound while listening to music

Hi everyone!

I'm having this issue with my account. It's not an specific issue with my Android phone since I logged in to my account on an iPhone and the scratching sound was also present.

It is a scratching sound that appears every 2-3 seconds, or when the bass/treble are too high (it is not a volume issue, I checked it already) while I'm listening to any song from Spotify, and it's only present when i'm listening through bluetooth or the smartphone speakers/audio jack (headphones or laptop speakers). If I listen to music with my account through my laptop, the scratching disappears.
