Seems like its downloading but it isn't

Hey!

So, the thing is I'm premium user and when I try to download my songs to offline the songs keeps downloading past the 100% but in the songs list it appears that most of the songs did not download. Even the number of songs downloading are wrong cause I have 1667 songs and the apps keeps showing me 2412. I already did a soft reset on the phone, a hard reset, removed all offline devices from my account. I don't know what do anymore 😞

Any chance of a screen capture showing the download notification where it say the download progress is over 100%?
