Selected "Try Premium" and all data shut off

Selected "Try Premium" and all data shut off

Yesturday I selected Try Premium for 7 days. Now no data works over my carrier. No Spotify (keeps popping to try premium), no email, no facebook etc until I'm on Wifi. Data is turned on my phone. S7 Galaxi with all android updates. Note ALL data was working until selecting to try premium, I was not on WIFI.

Sorry to hear that you are having some trouble. Spotify doesn't really have control over your phone's data like that. I recommend trying to put phone in and out of airplane mode, turn mobile data on/off, try a reset (on/off) of the phone itself, and then try going into your phone carrier office to see if they can help you.
