Settings lost every time i exit the App

Everytime I exit the app, my settings is lost, and also my downloaded music. 

I have a premium account, and just switched to my backup device, alcatel pixi 4, which i bought yesterday. The music i saved on the SD card, and I have logged out all other devices. I also have to log in everytime, something i didnt have to do on my galaxy. I have reinstalled several times.

Similar problem having to log in each time I start the app. (On my Alcatel Pixi)

Any thing to do about it?

I could not get a solution, i called Alcatel, but they said it was up to Spotify. I ended up returning the phone and spent a little more the double on Huawei.
