Sharing songs through sms doesn't work/play anymore?!?

This constantly happens, and randomly, myself and friends etc. Just started again yesterday, asked neighbor and friend, and said the same thing. We're all always sharing songs and in group text sometimes. Now the songs shared yesterday, links weren't working. Click, it only opens spotify, not the song to lay automatically (like normal, when it actually does work). Went back through text clicking links that did work previously, nope, not a single one opens. wth. So irritating especially when driving as normally I can just click to auto play. 

Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix. Happens on other devices as well.

Nobody? Is there anyway to conatct or actually chat with spotify as this forum seems dead. Scroll through and almost every thread has 0 replies except here and there. 

Kinda ridiculous to be paying premium all these years and have issues like this with no support or fix
