Sometimes I can't change the settings, playing or data saver are not activ

Some of the settings are not activated, I can't change them, not always, but right now, why?

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

You might have accidentally toggled on the Data Saver in your phone's settings (not Spotify's), so make sure to check that.

 

It's worth mentioning that the playback settings in the mobile app will be greyed out if you're listening on another device, like your PC, for example - you'll need to switch playback back to your phone in order to change them.

 

In any case, a screenshot which shows how things look on your end would be greatly appreciated. That way we can get a clear view of which settings you're referring to.
