Song Repeats

I have the Premium plan on an Android phone and recently noticed that whenever I have my songs on Shuffle, theres about 40 or 50 songs that will play and it'll just loop those songs. I don't have it in a playlist it's just when I'm playing out of my liked songs. I noticed this when I got to over 2000 songs, the problem is, it's mostly a mix of the same 50 songs whenever I hit shuffle so I never hear any of the other 1,950. Is there a way to disable that or is it just something you have to deal with when you have more than 2000 songs?
